Maria graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2006 from the renowned ceramics and glass course after achieving a first degree from Central St Martins in Ceramics. After her graduation she started her own studio. She put ceramics on hold in 2011 to concentrate on raising our two boys. We are now excited to be able to offer some of her original designs on the Rufus Country site. All ceramics are individually handmade and all differ in shape and design. This embraces the artisan nature of maria’s making processes and gives each piece a beautiful uniqueness. Each piece carries Maria’s makers mark ML.
