Payments:
We use two partners to supply secure payment options on our site: Stripe and Paypal. These can be chosen at the checkout. We take most Debit Cards plus Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
Shipping Information
All leather goods purchased for delivery in the UK are shipped via royal mail or a similar service for free. Your order will be picked in 1-2days. Estimate between 3-5days for delivery.
If you are outside of the UK we charge a flat fee of £30 for larger items and £15 for accessories and can deliver to most areas in the world. Please note that we do not cover domestic customs duty on the parcels and any overseas buyers should check out what charges maybe applicable with their local customs office. Delivery times can vary greatly from country to country. Most items should reach within 10 days but please allow up 4 weeks in the worst case senario. All items are sent via a tracked service and if you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
Small artworks include UK delivery. Medium/Large Artworks purchased via our website will include local UK delivery within 2hrs of Ware, Hertfordshire. If you would like delivery to further afield please contact us for options.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Terms & conditions
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase. Items should be returned via a signed for service. Please get in touch via the below form before sending so we are expecting your item and can confirm where to send it to.
Items purchased from September as Christmas Presents can be returned in January after Christmas as long as they are in resalable condition and haven’t been used.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. Returns should be received within 30 days of purchase.
Once received we aim to process returns within 5 days
Our standard 5 year Guarantee underpins our confidence in our products. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the workmanship or materials then we will endeavour to repair the product or replace the product concerned under the terms of the warranty with either the same product or, if the product is no longer in our current stock, we will replace it with a product closely matching the original. We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling including handling by third parties.
All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as your confirmation email/till receipt
Any warranty placed on our products is valid against defects in material and workmanship for the period of 5 years.
All of our Vintage and second hand bags have been carefully curated by us. they may have signs of use but we think this is part of what makes them beautiful. as a vintage item we cannot guarantee its exact era/age. we check all items thoroughly. they are sold as seen with no warranty/guarantee EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED.
Vintage furniture and interiors. All items are vintage and carefully collected by us. We check all our items carefully but RECOMMEND that any vintage ELECTRICAL equipment is tested by a qualified electrician before use. Please note we do not supply any form of guarantee or certification with any vintage electrical item due to their age and historical design.
